As Girl's Night Out is drawing nearer, we just wanted to fill you all in on how the evening will proceed.
Girl's Night Out will be held in the Raleigh Room at the Best Western Sherwood Hotel and Conference Centre. When you enter the hotel through the main doors, there will be a stairway in the lobby. Take the stairs up to the mezzanine level of the lobby and the Raleigh Room is straight ahead at the end of the hallway...we'll have a sign on the door for you! This is the room we will be in for the entire evening...you don't need to worry about moving around!
Please arrive promptly at 5pm!
5 – 5:30pm: Registration - Raleigh Room
Please bring a Photo ID with you for registration!
5:30pm – 5:45pm: Welcome
5:45pm – 7:30pm: Janet’s Class
7:30pm - 8pm: Break, Refreshments
8pm – 9:45pm: Kim and Talia’s Class
9:45pm – 10pm: Break
10pm – 10:30 pm: Bonus Project!
10:30pm – Midnight: Free Time to work on Projects!
Remember, all you need to bring with you is your supplies and photos that we told you about....everything else will be provided for you! Make sure you bring a bag to put all of your goodies and kits in when you get them...you won't be going home empty-handed! We've been busy putting the kits together and they look fabulous...we hope you'll love everything as much as we do.
This is going to be a jam-packed evening with lots to do...we can't wait to meet you all and just have FUN! And just another reminder...snacks, refreshments and drinks will be provided for you, but make sure you have dinner before you come. We don't want anyone scrapping on an empty stomach!
